The position duration will be from 3 to 6 months, depending on candidate's availability.
The tentative start date of the position could be from April 29th, 2025 to May 19th, 2025, depending on candidate's availability.
Responsibilities:
Complete rigorous market analysis and industry landscaping of companies involved in data science & digital health relevant to pharmaceutical R&D
Build dashboards and reports for key internal stakeholders to improve industry knowledge and decision making
Evaluate potential partners and suppliers across a range of dimensions; support end-to-end execution of partnerships
Gain knowledge of cutting-edge trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, real-world evidence, and digital health
Qualifications
In order to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria (add any additional relevant skills):
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
Be currently pursuing Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in a scientific or computer science, bioinformatics, engineering, business / economics, or related degrees
Possess an understanding of Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, Public Health Informatics or related field as demonstrated by current or prior coursework
Be passionate about healthcare, curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in exploring and critical thinking of innovative data and platforms research and proposing ideas in support of Data Science use cases
The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22.00/hr and 51.50/hr, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
