Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our New Brighton team! As our Quality Control Manager, you will work closely with our production team in our Surface Technologies facility, specializing in shot peening and liquid coatings.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the quality management system, including being the first point of contact for all quality concerns.

Your Challenge

  • Provides leadership in adherence to and maintenance of all external quality initiatives (ISO, NADCAP, BAE, etc.)

  • Provide investigation and development of corrective action plans, as needed, for all non-conformance of facility processing activities.

  • Participate in all facility Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Provides supervision of personnel actions and oversees most day-to-day operations related to quality and process issues.

What You Bring

  • Technical expertise – ability to learn and understand the coating and shot peening process

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or metallurgy

  • 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management

  • 5-10 years of experience dealing with outside quality associations (AS, ISO, NADCAP, etc.)

  • Results-oriented
