Job Summary and Qualifications
This position works with closely with business partners, scrum teams, and vendor resources to ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication across multiple projects within the Accelerated Technologies- Innovation (AT-I) team for the Patient 360 data product, its associated features, and other custom applications that support HCA’s clinical and revenue cycle objectives. As part of the larger Accelerated Technologies- Innovation team, this individual establishes and runs standard agile development processes and coordinates development efforts across multiple teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and interoperability, as required for each application. This resource should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Major Responsibilities:
Communications & Reporting

Monitor project progress against goals and milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
·
Create and maintain objective reporting of project and performance status for multiple parallel development efforts
Contracts
·
Review and provide subject matter expertise for legal contracts, including Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (MASL), Letters of Understanding (LOU), etc.
Develop and Implement Project Plans
·
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
·
Work closely with business analyst and technical leads to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
·
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
·
Regularly update timelines based on progress, changes, and feedback.
·
Serve as primary liaison to vendor resources associated with multiple projects
·
Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, and develop risk mitigation strategies and work with the team to address potential issues.
·
Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensure the scrum team stays focused on sprint goals.
·
Identify and address conflicts or impediments that may hinder project progress, and foster a collaborative environment to resolve issues effectively.

What qualifications you will need:
5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
