Door Systems is seeking candidates for a Commercial Customer Service Representative in Naperville, IL . We are a part of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems which is the world’s most comprehensive international supplier and manufacturer of residential and commercial door and dock solutions. With a holistic approach to the flow of people, goods and vehicles, we create solutions with the best possible balance of cost, quality and lifetime performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient and proactive customer service.

· Answering inbound calls and creates service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete

· Working closely with the supervisors and dispatch

· Providing admin support to a service supervisor

Qualifications

· Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· High level of attention to detail

· Excellent attendance record

· Must be able to communicate in the English language; verbally and in writing

Computer Skills

· Must be familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Education and/or Experience

· Minimum of high school education

· Minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience preferred

· Previous estimating and quoting experience is a plus
