Direct Support Professional (DSP) -- Full & Part-Time Positions Available
Locations: Muskegon, Egelston Township, Fruitport, MI
Starting Pay: $15.88/hr Increase to $16.25/hr after 90 successful days Shift Premiums for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Your Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential or community setting. Your responsibilities include:
? Assisting with daily living needs (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) ? Encouraging independence and community participation ? Administering medications as required ? Documenting progress and completing shift checklists ? Communicating effectively with team members and residents ? Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Experience preferred but not required -- we provide training! Valid Michigan Driver's License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
Shift Availability: 2nd & 3rd shifts preferred (with premiums!) ? Day shifts also available
Work Location: In person -- Fruitport, MI
