Job Title: Fry Tech Operator - 2nd shift
Job Description
As a Fry Tech Operator on the 2nd shift, you will oversee various operations, including the management of Alpma machines, brine systems, and filling forms. You will ensure cleanliness and sanitation, comply with our high standards, and manage and operate specific machinery in the production line.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage specific machinery in the production line.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Oversee various operations including Alpma machines, brine systems, and filling forms.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
Essential Skills
2+ years of machine operating experience (GMP preferred).
Experience in packaging machine operations.
Ability to adjust feeds and speeds.
Proficiency in changeovers and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with changeovers.
Troubleshooting skills.
Experience with filling machines.

Work Environment
The facility is clean and temperature controlled, maintaining a pleasant environment without refrigeration. The facility has a unique smell reminiscent of French fries. Training is provided from 9am-5pm for one week, and the 2nd shift runs from 2pm - 10:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr.
