The Position:

This role will report to the Head of Cost & Profitability Accounting and Reporting, under the Accounting to Reporting Services department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling of inquiries and processing of requests from local country counterparts within the scope of Cost Accounting and Income Statement reporting within the defined SLAs.

• Execution of period end closing: Month-end and Year-end via the Runbook/Blackline tool to fulfill the established KPIs.

• Support the Long Term Forecast Planning/Budgeting process

• Liase and collaborate with other finance teams to resolve issues.

• Communicate with cross-center colleagues and Global Process Owners about process-related guidance or improvement.

Requirements:

• With Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or related business courses

• Certified Public Accountant designation is an advantage, but not required

• 1-2 years experience in Shared Services organization (Finance)

• SAP experience, preferrably in CO Controlling Module (cost centers, WBS Elements, COPA cycles, KE30 report, cost allocations)

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
