Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking talented developers to join a fast moving team responsible for bringing ai powered proof of technologies to market. The team is responsible for honing product capabilities for inclusion in IBM Watsonx Orchestrate (an LLM powered automation platform). The teams current focus is providing capabilities that allow business users to accelerate and automate their work.
Your main duties will include designing and implementing new features while ensuring that your code meets high-quality standards through testing and debugging. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the software meets user needs.
Required technical and professional expertise
Demonstrated experience developing full stack enterprise-level software
Strong Javascript / Typescript skills with a proven track record in delivering capabilities in these languages
Experience with nextjs and react
Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git and Mercurial.
Experience with test-driven development and frameworks.
Experience working with LLMs and Agentic frameworks ( Langchain Javascript perferred)
Excellent communication skills, team collaboration and critical thinking
Familiarity working in a DevOps model
