Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Facilities Coordinator to manage the maintenance and operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, vendor management, and health and safety compliance to ensure our properties provide a safe, functional, and appealing environment for tenants and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach to facilities management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial facilities management, property management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements for commercial properties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, facility management software, and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to facilities emergencies outside of regular business hours when necessary.
