Description and Requirements
The IDG Marketing Team is looking for an intern to help with marketing campaigns, and product launch, and event preparation. This will include including data analysis and visualization, graphic design, communications, marketing processes and operations, and other marketing projects.
The ideal candidate will be excited by technology, marketing insights, branding, how marketing teams work behind the scenes, and design. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc projects for management and the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and create reports to understand the state of the business and competition.
Analyze data, understand, and articulate what influences impacted the results.
Develop clear visualizations in PowerPoint to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion to a non-technical audience.
Support marketing team processes by helping organize workflows, tracking project progress, and assisting with tools that keep campaigns running smoothly.
Basic Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
Strong proficiency and experience in PowerPoint
High attention to detail
Interest in learning how marketing teams stay organized and efficient, including data tracking, tools, and planning methods
