Job Description
The primary responsibilities for this position will involve designing, supporting, and leading key initiatives in the following areas: Global Future Leaders program, Talent Engagement RE@L (Rising Employee at Lenovo), and Training & Development.
Global Future Leaders Program
Overall design and execution of Global Future Leaders’ development program focus on building the next generation of managers and leaders skilled at driving high engagement and developing the talents Lenovo needs to succeed in all aspects of business strategy.
Involve in assessment and selection of the global future leaders, i.e. familiar with assessment center and psychometric test.
Develop, deliver and manage custom modular training programs specifically to improve global future leaders' skills for outstanding performance.
Collaborate with different levels of senior leaders and HRPs globally to monitor and keep track of the future leaders’ performance and progress to meet or exceed requirements.
Coach and mentor future leaders to improve their capability and create impact on the business.
Talent Engagement with RE@L (Rising Employee at Lenovo)
Support RE@L (Rising Employee at Lenovo), an employee resource group to manage and execute global engagement initiatives
Lead overall design, development, and roll-out of talent engagement programs to support target workforce segments and strategic priorities to help drive senior leader engagement
Training & Development
- Develop and deliver assigned global leadership development programs. This will require facilitation of workshops both in person and virtually.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of Experience managing corporate L&D Leadership/People Manager programs.
5+ years of Experience facilitating corporate learning both in person and virtually.
10+ years of work experience in Learning, management/leadership development, instructional design and program deployment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education or other related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience facilitating corporate leadership courses for senior-level management leaders.
Master's Degree or advanced education in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education or other related fields.
Demonstrated expertise in training methodology, curriculum development, course delivery and operations.
Strong subject matter knowledge in at least one of the following areas: talent engagement, professional development, management/leadership development, organization development, instructional design.
Experience facilitating workshops for global multi-national teams and managers.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated self-starter with ability to deal with complex work situations.
Excellent reasoning and logical thinking skills to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100-137k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid role based out of our Morrisville, NC location that will be onsite at least 3 days/wk.
