[Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician (Part-time/On-call): [Immediately needed part-time and on-call building maintenance repairs and upfit skilled labors, who can perform any of the following trades in commercial buildings:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
- Sheetrock and carpentry repairs and painting.
- Electrical repairs and adding new light fixtures and connections.
- Minor plumbing repairs in toilets and kitchen.
- HVAC maintenance work.
- Flooring repairs and installations including, carpet, VCT, and ceramic tiles.
- Groundskeeping and Landscape maintenance and improvements
[All work is located in Morrisville, North Carolina. You must be located within 50-miles radius of the RDU Airport. Candidate must have his own tools and transportation to perform all the work. Must be legal to work with clean criminal background. Background checks are done.
