Provide 1-1 Applied Behavior Analytics (ABA) services to clients, as designed and supervised by BCBA. This includes implementing treatment plans, prompt data collection, and progress monitoring.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School Diploma 2. After hiring, complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, RBT competency assessment, and successfully pass RBT exam.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field 2. RBT credential or BCaBA credential EXPERIENCE: 1. One year providing treatment to with young children with autism

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. 1.Provide 1:1 direct client therapy using principals of Applied Behavior Analysis. 2. Follow behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols developed by certified staff. 3. Implement toilet training protocols. 4. Collect and record data on observable client behavior. 5. Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding child's daily performance as directed by BCBA 6. Maintain client confidentiality according to HIPPA laws. 7. Create therapeutic materials. 8. Maintain a clean and safe work space. 9. Collaborate with a treatment team. 10. Commit to ongoing training and development, such as RBT certification. 11. Interpret written clinical protocols. 12. Share in the responsibility for daily cleaning and maintenance of client workspace and clinic as a whole. 13. Pass training competencies tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients. Methods including but not limited to role play, verbal communication, coaching and feedback.
