West Virginia Employer Executive Director in Moorefield, West Virginia
Seeking an experienced Executive Director to grow our organization. Will be responsible for overseeing marketing and event aspects of our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors. Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Chamber members and the Chamber Board. Proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment to protect business interests. Other duties as assigned. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or related field is preferred. Previous experience with a public non-profit is a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful promotions. Computer skills to include email, Excel and Word. Social media knowledge through Facebook, Twitter and Constant Contact preferred. Strong aptitude for verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship development. Travel through out Hardy County area required. Salary based on experience and education. Full time position, days and hours will vary. Benefits to be determined.
