Software Architects LLC Senior Business Development Manager in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey
Senior Business Development Manager - Monmouth Junction, NJ. Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals for Fintech software products. Identify new market opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Engage with C-level executives to understand their needs and position solutions effectively. Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Analyze data to inform business decisions and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align on business initiatives. Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and positioning. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms. Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. Monitor business development metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance. Prepare and present reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes. Lead and mentor junior business development staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide training and guidance on best practices in business development and FinTech including areas of: Business requirement gathering; Developing dynamic rule engine to manage KYC, AML, and fraud; Developing customized integration solutions for diverse financial systems; Implementing 4-eyes workflow; Integrating ML tools to predict fraud; Developing MULE flows using Azure Connector and SFTP; and utilizing Data Weave. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting its values and mission. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive. Propose new ideas and initiatives to enhance business development processes and outcomes. Other similar professional responsibilities as assigned. M-F; 40 hrs/week. Require Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent and 3 years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent and 5 years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must be in FinTech and include: Business requirement gathering; Developing dynamic rule engine to manage KYC, AML, and fraud; Developing customized integration solutions for diverse financial systems; Implementing 4-eyes workflow; Integrating ML tools to predict fraud; Developing MULE flows using Azure Connector and SFTP; and utilizing Data Weave.
