This role will act as the Car Fleet Procurement Specialist and main operational point of contact for expense reporting. Responsible for implementation of category specific savings activities in alignment defined by category management, unit, area, and global leaders at a USK level. The role should also expect to help drive unexplored cost saving opportunities within the category team with added focus to the relative categories of focus.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Procurement Specialist your main responsibilities will be:
Managing operational processes for Fleet Programs. Primary customer service contact nationwide. Including assisting on strategic work and developing the operational plan for all initiatives.
Participate in special project teams within categories to develop and implement strategic savings initiatives.
Help implement cost savings strategies and actions related to your categories
Serve as key contact for related activity in KONE SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
Participate in regular steering meetings with suppliers and stakeholders and draw key action points.
Creation and regular reporting of KPI’s, presenting the KPI’s, and drawing valid conclusions and actions including monthly budget / forecast data.
Assist, support, provide help and encourage others outside of direct reporting structure to ensure business continuity of category
Assist in re-negotiation of preferred contract terms with non-strategic suppliers in alignment and as directed by Indirect Category Management Team and Unit/Global Leaders

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of entry level experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or other relevant business area
Fluent level of English, additional languages are a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or other business-related field preferred. Equivalent work-related experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Technical skillsets: Must possess strong skills with data management and PC operation and software which includes Windows, Microsoft Office and other custom PC applications. Especially Excel and MS Access and Project Management, SAP software experience preferred.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $81,240.00 - $110,000.00 USD. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan (50/50) @ 10% incentive target based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
