Product development since concept until validation and support field claims.

The Engines Engineering has the responsibility in all South America AGCO machines to develop all necessary systems to power generation and transmission. Our compromise is to execute these activities considering the legal requirements and fulfilling strictly the timing, with adequate performance and looking for the best operating cost and productivity relation as assure the quality and reliability. We achieve these objectives trough use of design technologies, simulation, component tests and production process technologies with close partnership with Brazilian and global suppliers.

Your Impact

  • He/She will be responsible to develop engine components and support its applications.

  • To keep interfaces with customer, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing departments. To develop engineering solutions and calculations. Release and review 3D models and 2D drawings.

  • To prepare production release documentation and project presentations. Support prototype acquisition and prototype assembly.

  • Follow the lab and field tests, validate complete engines, components, applications and approve final results.

  • The professional must use the engineering and quality tools in order to manage and control the projects like DVPR, DFMEA, 8D and Design Quality Reviews with suppliers.

  • Responsible by specific and complex activities, working in an autonomous way reporting only the results for full support for field issues and Manufacturing and Quality.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Complete Bachelor in Mechanical or mechatronic Engineering

• Fluent English is mandatory (Speaking and Writing)

• Experience in engine development. Experience at interface with engine system as cooling, Intake, Exhaust and low pressure fuel system;

• Experience in tools as should cost, DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis)

• Experience in diesel engine combustion.
