The speciality loyalty partner will be responsible for working with internal and external partners supporting partner integration and customer acquisitions at Sobeys.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Support Manager, Loyalty Partnerships Strategy & Planning with:
Quarterly and annual planning
Prepare material for partner meetings and QBRs, including PPT development, analytics and reporting
Develop process and tools to support efficient and effective ways of working between internal teams and partner
Day-to-Day Partnerships Marketing Lead:
Work with Loyalty Marketing Team to own and manage execution of weekly Empire marketing through Scene+ channels
Ensure Empire is properly represented in Partner channels: email, web/app, triggers, journeys
Partnership lead for Shopper Marketing/Sponsorships/Supplier/Vendors; brand approvals, pin-code execution etc.
Support sourcing of prizing, pts etc. from Partners for customer facing contests, community investments events and employee engagement initiatives
In conjunction with Partners effectively manage work back schedules, action trackers etc. to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns through partner channels
Work with finance and loyalty managers to provide insight and analysis to Scene+ on key performance metrics
Provide ad-hoc support for new partnership development, payments cards, member acquisition, in-store marketing for Loyalty
Prepare analysis for Dir, Loyalty Partnerships & Operations and Sr. Leaders to inform all partner-related discussions, incl. governance meetings, sub-committees
Prepare and provide weekly reporting on loyalty performance to Partners

What you have to offer:

Strong oral & written comm. skills
Analytical mindset; ability to reconcile large amounts of data and derive insights
Ability to gather insights from Tableau & Power BI; experienced in using data visualization & analytical tools
Strong analytical skills
Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
