Aston Carter Senior Financial Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario
Description
Functional Directors and Leaders should receive financial help from Business Partners in the form of management reporting and analysis, headcount evaluation and assessment, overtime, operational expenses, and other finance-related tasks.
Support and take part in private financial and analytical endeavors that have an impact on operational choices.
Assist financial analysts as needed while completing all monthly/quarterly financial tasks and/or financial reporting for designated functional areas.
Create and keep an eye on the budget and forecast for the designated business segments.
Analyze patterns and track monthly differences between the actual and budgeted amountsCollaborate with the company to recognize, monitor, and control risks and opportunities in order to adhere to the budget and projection.
Participate in the S4 HANA transition and assist in the creation and deployment of improved tools and procedures, such as Power BI.
As needed, support internal and external audits by making sure internal controls are being followed consistently.
