Amergis Occupational Therapist needed in Mission Viejo area in Mission Viejo, California
Location: Various School Sites (K-8th Grade Levels)
Assignment Dates: ASAP - June 5, 2025
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do:
Perform Student Evaluations: Assess students' needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
Provide Therapy Services: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions to help students reach their full potential.
Document Services: Keep meticulous records in accordance with each student's plan of care.
Minimum Requirements:
Licensure: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
Experience: One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
Certifications: Current CPR if applicable.
Health Requirements: TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable, and a current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
Legal Requirements: Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
Minimum Requirements:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
