UnitedHealthcare is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Medicare & Retirement Chief Sales and Distribution Officer (CDO) and Chief Finance Officer (CFO). The Executive Assistant candidate must possess the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, poise, and presence. She/he must have solid skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, and partnering with other leaders' executive assistants, as well as with colleagues at all levels in the organization. Composure, agility, dealing with ambiguous situations and critical thinking are essential for this role.
This role office-based in Minnetonka, MN, with some flexibility as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a complex calendar with Microsoft applications, support travel and expense processing
Be the primary interface, representing these executives, in making meeting arrangements and ensuring presence at key company meetings/venues
Make town hall and other large meeting arrangements, including schedules and setting up resources and technology requirements (e.g., conference rooms, agendas, catering, Teams and telepresence, meeting materials, etc.)
Create a welcoming environment for guests and employees
Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
Work independently to perform varied administrative duties and help make judgments on requests and prioritize on behalf of these executives
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Ensure executives are prepared for key internal and external meetings - materials, travel, attendance
May monitor email to identify urgent requests and system approvals
Attend meetings and/or travel for leadership offsites, as needed. Travel is infrequent
BSL experience needed to assist with incoming requests and onboarding new team members
May support additional Medicare & Retirement senior leaders and/or executives, as needed

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Executive Assistant experience in support of senior and/or C-Suite level executives in a highly matrixed and dynamic organization
Experience providing support in an Executive environment and interactions with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
Experience arranging Microsoft Teams virtual meetings
Experience coordinating large meetings for senior leadership
Experience managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
Advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
Business Segment Liaison (BSL) onboarding experience
Reside within a commutable distance to Minnetonka, MN
The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
