Job Description Summary:
Responsible for enabling sales growth, measuring & incentivizing sales performance, and driving
efficiencies in the sales planning process. Supports the Sales Planning & Performance Manager to execute
key processes in the annual and quarterly sales cycles (e.g. commissions calculations, sales alignment
management, etc.)

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Administers sales incentive plans and owns process for calculations and quality checks, including operations of
Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform
Provides accurate & timely reporting on business and seller performance for senior management
Maintains source of truth files for the enterprise relating to sales headcount and alignments – e.g. through MDS
tables
Provides a high level of service and responsiveness to inquiries from the sales team, ensuring transparency of
key processes
Partners with Finance team to ensure connectivity between financial budget & forecasting processes and Sales
team goals. Provides key inputs for analyses, e.g. data around total sales resources deployed by market
Partners with sales leaders to implement effective sales resource deployment models in local markets, ensuring
sound business case for resourcing levels and mix, in partnership with Analytics team.
Leads ongoing business processes (e.g. the exceptions process or quota creation process) under the direction of
the Manager
Partners with IT and manages key account hierarchy and alignment data for company
Provides ad-hoc reporting as requested
Performs other duties as needed

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Marketing or another quantitative major
2-4 years of applicable experience
Basic Qualifications
Self-starter – proactive mindset. Ability to work independently with high level guidance
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Experience creating process flows and identifying opportunities to improve process performance
Experience working in a customer support environment. Incorporates perspective of customer into work and
provides a high level of service
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all individuals at various levels. Ability to work
cross-functionally and lead by influence
Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality along with sensitivity to employees and
customers’ needs and data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient group presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Finance and/or compensation experience
Experience with an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM)
solution – e.g. Xactly, Varicent, SAP, Oracle
Salesforce.com experience
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $65,708.50-$109,506.81
