Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Operations Associate II, you will be the dedicated resource for the new Document Processing team. Your ability to adapt and extraordinary critical thinking skills will be instrumental in providing support for the implementation of the AOS platform. Provide second to none customer service to our clients via email and phone interactions Process requests via Salesforce, Workflow and AOS Docupace Support Account Servicing requests (VISA, checking, and TOD setup) Complete daily reports that support Document Processing and Account Services What do you need to succeed? Must-have 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception-based complex processes Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access Nice-to-have Experience within the document review Previous experience in the securities, banking or finance industry preferred Ability to integrate Excel and Access databases into daily work Knowledge on Broadridge is preferred What's in it for you?
