Robert Half Client Service Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN. The Client Services Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients, ensuring seamless communication between both clients and internal teams. This role involves scheduling services, handling incoming inquiries, processing work orders, and supporting overall business operations to enhance client satisfaction for our client's organization.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving concerns in a courteous manner.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing timely and professional communication.
Manage scheduling and dispatching of service crews for residential services.
Process work orders, proposals, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensure accurate management and updating of the CRM database, including client records, services rendered, and billing information.
Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction, addressing any service issues promptly.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure job completion and quality standards are met.
Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes and improving the overall client experience.
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide support for special projects and team objectives as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of customer service, account management, or administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with FieldCentral or similar CRM strongly preferred.
Familiarity with HOA structures strongly desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while pivoting quickly to changing priorities.
Passion for the outdoors and interest in Green Industry a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range for this position is between $45-55K

This position will be fully onsite, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:00pm.
