Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to be a part of our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary role will be to manage customer applications, maintain accurate records, and address customer queries. You will also be responsible for the monitoring of customer accounts and taking relevant actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Engage with vendors through email and phone, assisting in the reconciliation of discrepancies and providing payment statuses
• Accurately code invoices to the appropriate general ledger account
• Perform a 3-way match for PO-invoices
• Update various Excel spreadsheets regularly
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments for diverse projects
• Process A/P invoices on a weekly basis, including both PO and non-PO invoices. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently
• Skilled in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Experienced in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience with SAP software
