Job Description: PCC Airfoils, located in Minerva, OH, has multiple full-time Vacuum Operator openings.
SUMMARY:
Operate large capacity vacuum furnaces used in the production of vacuum melted master metal which includes the charging of the furnace, melting and refining of revert and raw materials and assists in the pouring of the master heat, builds pour blocks, removes skull and patches crucible linings, knock out spent crucible lings and reline crucible with new refractory linings, change coils at end of furnace campaign, receives instructions from the Master Metal Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
