Established in 1945, FGM Architects serves PK-12 Education, Higher Education, Faith-based, Municipal, Public Safety and Recreation, Federal and Corporate clients from our offices in Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Virginia. FGMA is seeking a Project Manager for our PK12 Market. Candidates should be eager to take on the following responsibilities and possess the skills and credentials listed below: Responsibilities: -Coordinates all project efforts, contractual, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution to meet the project\'s goals and objectives -Develops and understands contractual responsibilities -Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and internal and external (i.e. consultants) project team assignments -Serves as primary day-to-day contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction -Assists and participates in actively marketing the firm through responses to RFQs and RFPs and interviews FGM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
