Job Description: Talgo Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a member of the Engineering staff, you\'ll play a crucial role in various aspects of electronic systems and equipment engineering. From design and re-design to installation, operation, and maintenance, your work will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our railway systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Electrical Installation and Testing: Be part of a team managing day-to-day activities related to electrical installation and testing of components and train car assembly. Testing and Commissioning: Assist with the testing and commissioning of train sets. Technical Specifications: Develop and review technical specifications related to all electrical matters, including input from customers, suppliers, and federal agencies. Technical Documentation: Manage technical documentation for processes and products, ensuring quality requirements are met. Design Optimization: Analyze and propose improvements to designs and concepts for process and product optimization. Manufacturing Processes: Assist in defining and implementing manufacturing processes for electrical installations and components. Production Problem-Solving: Support and advise in solving production problems. Training Material Development: Assist in developing training material for customers on electrical technical matters. Project Support: Attend project meetings to provide engineering support. Schematic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals. Hands-On Testing: Perform hands-on testing of electrical components, wiring, and overall system components, closely collaborating with production staff. Compliance and Inspection: Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
