Job Description: Talgo Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Painters to join our Milwaukee team. As an Industrial Painter, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appearance of our trains. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for painting, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Analyze and prepare surfaces for painting work according to production needs, complying with regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications. Complex Repairs: Conduct complex repairs to the body or structure as needed. Paint Application: Prepare paint and apply the final finish to overall vehicle, interior, and exterior pieces. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues during all stages of the painting process. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints related to painting tasks. Wet Paint Techniques: Utilize wet paint techniques for optimal results. Other Qualifications: Pre-Employment Drug Test: Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.
