MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER Grants Operations Coordinator in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

The Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine seeks to hire a motivated, collaborative, and professional Grants Operations Coordinator who coordinates the pre-award planning, organization, and the post-award administration of various grants administered under MCW Flourishing. The Grants Operations Coordinator interacts with KNN staff, project teams across MCW, and administrative staff to ensure that grants are in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements. The Coordinator will also work with the MCW Flourishing team to support engagements across projects. Responsibilities: Assists administrative staff and research team in the creation, negotiation, and administration of grants, contracts, and research proposals. Assists with pre-award applications. Coordinates the grant process from development and submission to the post-award stage. Ensures compliance with sponsor terms, MCW policies/procedures, and federal regulations. Administers grant budgets. Ensures compliance with grant guidelines, budgets, and stipulations. Uses a relational approach to engage with funded project teams. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, documentation and records management, and cultural awareness. Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills. Preferred Schedule: Hybrid, M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum education: Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum experience: 4 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred education: Master\'s Degree Preferred experience: Grants management, nonprofit management, project/program coordination #LI-NK1 Why MCW?
