Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement and follow-up for all trade shows and other special events as necessary
Coordinate event planning, logistics and execution
Work within events and marketing budgets
Supervise and coordinate with event contractors
Maintenance of event software
Other department support as needed
Competencies and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in events coordination or other experience that demonstrates organizational experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills with the capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented with excellent organization and follow-through skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and readiness to be a flexible team player
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs required.
