JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer Quality Manager - Aftermarket - WD36408 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Quality Manager, Aftermarket US/CA What you will do Primary liaison for Aftermarket customer specific requests on battery quality. Provide leadership in addressing key customer concerns by utilizing appropriate problem-solving methods with effective supporting documentation and results. Facilitate customer change management and communication requirements. Provide over-site on product qualifications ensuring customer expectations are properly captured and submissions comply with expectations. Conduct business with customers in professional manner that facilitates customer experience and establishes goodwill with customer teams. Position will mentor and training direct reports, plant Quality teams and headquarter personnel in quality tool usage and drive quality culture throughout organization. How you will do it * Be the \"go to\" person for Aftermarket customer quality requests and facilitate timely customer responses. * Provide leadership and coordination of cross functional requirements and provide internal direction to ensure timely completion of assignments to resolve issue. * Work with plants and cross functional teams in generations of presentations required for customer report outs. * Support problem solving initiatives. Provide technical and quality expertise to support commercial team in quality and warranty risk mitigation * Coordinate cross functional efforts and provide internal direction to ensure timely completion of assignments. * Facilitate customer communications that effectively represent Clarios direction ensuring Clarios cross function alignment. * Provide internal visibility and facilitate resolution of customer quality and warranty concerns * Facilitate implementation of consistent plant read across actions including BBP / CA standardization. * Verify customer submission packages meet customer expectations and are correctly formatted in advance of customer submissions. * Support scheduling and customer on-site visit /audits of manufacturing process as well as point of contact for scheduling customer meetings and Clarios plant / lab visits. * Provide guidance, follow up and assistance to Mfg.
