JOB REQUIREMENTS: Organize and supervise all activities in a perinatal mental health laboratory - Work with community organizations on recruitment of pregnant women and parents - Collect survey (Qualtrics), behavioral (observations, interviews, experimental protocols) and biological data (saliva, blood, hair) with Spanish-speaking mother/child dyads both in the community and on campus - Oversee and assist graduate and undergraduate students with data collection and sample preparation - Attend weekly meetings with faculty and students - Oversee and coordinate training in safety and privacy procedures in the laboratory - Oversee, maintain, and order supplies and equipment for the laboratory - Attend and facilitate community meetings, workshops ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent laboratory experience and managerial skills required. Requires interaction with faculty, graduate and undergraduate teaching assistants, other staff members and undergraduate students.
