PARTNERS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Compliance and Training Coordinator in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Partners for Community Development, Inc. is looking for a detail oriented person with strong communication skills to take on a multi-faceted administrative position within our Weatherization Program. This position works closely with the Procurement and Training Manager, Human Resources Director, and others throughout the program. Primary responsibilities include the assistance with procurement of program goods and services, coordination of employee training and record tracking, and Human Resources duties related to employee onboarding and other duties as assigned as it relates to the successful and implementation of the Partners programming. JOB DUTIES: a) Must maintain professional business confidentiality, and professional etiquette and assist in all aspects of the program as required. Read, decipher and familiarize yourself with the contents of the Energy Efficiency Contracts, rules and policies, to assist the implementation and success of the program. b) Maintain an open communication and provide necessary information related to the energy efficiency programs to partnering entities, property owners, property managers, funding source representatives, tenants, and eligible customer. c) Production Scheduling: Attend weekly Weatherization team meetings. Coordinate with Program Managers and schedulers regarding the status of procurement, training, and employee onboarding activities. Assist/serve as back-up to Program Service Manager, Sheboygan facility Weatherization job scheduler/Program Manager. d) Procurement: In close coordination with Procurement Manager, Inventory Supervisors, Program Managers, and lead field technicians, take supporting role in procurement of material, service and equipment contracts as dictated by the WX Program Manual. Help maintain accurate and organized procurement records and assist vendors/subcontractors with questions regarding the implementation of said contracts (Industry wide price increases, product changes, etc.). Program Services: e) Coordinate employee training activities for the entire service territory. Monitor DEHCR/Slipstream training schedule and coordinate with the Weatherization Director in regards to staff training assignments. Maintain up-to-date and accurate training logs, ensuring that required staff and agency DHS and other certifications stay up to date. (On-boarding, Occupational Health screenings, lead, asbestos -both trainings and certifications, in addition to State training programs). f) Employee Onboarding: In coordination with Human Resources Director and Program Managers, take a lead role in the onboarding of new employees including completion of initial onboarding paperwork, coordination and tracking of initial staff trainings, and technology and/or equipment issuance. g) Program Services: Assist Emergency Furnace, Procurement, and Training Manager as assigned in the implementation of the Emergency Furnace program across Partners\' service territory. h) Perform administrative functions to assist staff with special projects and responsibilities as requested and when feasible. i) Attend meetings as instructed. j) Maintain, organize and update energy efficiency programs\' filing system. k) Travel with staff to training seminars, workshops, conferences and meetings when necessary. l) Other duties as assigned by the HR Director / Program Services, Procurement and Training Manager. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in business, accounting, management, human resources and/or something related to an administrative degree encouraged but not required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Secretarial, public relations and/or office administrative experience. Knowledge and experience in planning, public relations, communication and marketing techniques. Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse and low-income customers that need weatherization service . Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver\'s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
