JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Title: Application Engineer III Summary This position is responsible for serving our top customers by providing product solutions, field support, and leading projects maintaining our on time delivery \>90% for Regal Rexnord\'s Chains and Conveying Equipment product line. Key Outcomes Innovation: Identify and provide a minimum of one innovation solution per quarter to meet customer needs Growth: Visit at least one customer per quarter to identify growth opportunities and product solutions that solve customer problems. Continuous Improvement: Learn the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) tools within the first year and actively participate in product simplification and complexity reduction initiatives Manufacturing Support: Review and approve plant and supplier deviation requests with 100% on-time completion.
