In this role, you will grow the sales of Climate Solutions products in accordance with the growth-based yearly budget. Additionally, you will develop and strengthen relationships, and design and drive account plans that can be effectively executed by rep network organizations when applicable. You will collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth. To be successful in this role, you will provide a high-level overview of technology and applications for our Climate Solution product lines and associated products while engaging and establishing relationships with influential contacts at key end users to pull in contractor business. Danfoss Climate Solutions is growing and opening a variety of positions across the U.S. in a multitude of disciplines including Industrial Refrigeration (IRF), Commercial Refrigeration, Indirect Sales, OEM Sales, Data Centers, Food Retail Line (FRL), Condensers, Compressors, Head Exchangers, Hydronics - just to name a few. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to, the following: * Proactively seek and assess opportunities with the region. * Document opportunities in CRM platforms, design, and drive strategic account plans, and formalize initiatives executed directly or by a rep organization where applicable. * Develop follow-up activities to ensure the success of account plans. * High knowledge of the market and applications Danfoss serves - industrial applications, buildings, infrastructure, and the entire food and cold chain to provide quotations of the Danfoss product portfolio or guide the rep network where applicable. * Highly competent commercial negotiations coupled with value selling skills to secure business opportunities. * Inquire with end users regarding upcoming expansions or new...
