SCHNEIDER NATIONAL CARRIERS Senior Warehouse Manager in MIDLAND, Texas
- Lead a team of warehouse associates and leaders as a Senior Warehouse Manager in Midland.
- Plan strategic business objectives and execute upon plans to achieve business goals.
- Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop staffing and schedule strategies to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Facilitate change management and policy guidelines to meet company goals.
- Organize regular staff meetings to ensure communication is cascaded appropriately.
- Establish performance metrics that align with customer forecasts and company budgets.
- Achieve objectives related to safety, quality cost, customer service and associate engagement.
- Develop an annual operating budget and prepare financial reports.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 4-6 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Knowledge of warehousing, storage, cross-docking and supply chain principles and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
