What is the job about?
HS (Health and Safety) professional is to promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and visitors. You are responsible for identifying and assessing potential hazards, developing, and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, training employees on safety practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You may also need to investigate incidents and accidents and lead safety audits and inspections to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses and create a culture of safety within the organization.
Your main responsibilities
Risk Assessment - Evaluate potential hazards in the workplace and conduct regular risk assessment and safety reviews.
Develop and update safety manuals, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and Group Policies.
Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve working environment and ensure all KPIs meets the targets.
Accident Investigation - Investigate workplace accidents and near-miss to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions and report to relevant department.
Safety Training - Provide safety training to employees, development and implement safety education program to enhance overall employee safety awareness.
Ensure appropriate supply of use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees.
Analyze safety data and trends to propose improvement and submit regular safety reports to management teams.
Ability of implementation of the project such as Safety walk, internal audit, GPS (Grundfos Production System) …etc. which carried out in plant to ensure the target.
Other tasks assigned by QHES manager.
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, Health and Safety Management or related field.
Industrial Safety certificate or other relevant certifications.
Level A technician for labor safety＆health management職業安全管理甲級技術士證照
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Health and Safety field in manufacturing sector.
Communicative inEnglish both in verbal and written.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 Health and Safety management system
