Job Description

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading all North America Inside Sales team supporting all OEM Aftermarket and BA/GA Transactional customer bases in the region. This includes development and execution of the inside sales strategy, customer growth strategy, team structure, and metrics for the various teams and sites in the US. A successful Inside Sales Director will drive a standard process across the teams focused on delivering world class Customer Service and execution in partnership with the cross functional supporting functions, and consistently meet team and organization Key Results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing multiple inside sales teams, planning and maintaining the policies and procedures that enable and encourage optimum performance by the inside sales groups, coordinating with other employees and managers from other departments to ensure customer service goals and operational objectives are met, assisting in the creation of sales proposals, cost estimates, and customer presentations, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators with the intent of continuously improving the customer experience and operational efficiencies, contributing to creating and maintaining best practices to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Doral, Florida. (Travel Required)

Work Environment

This position will be based in Doral, FL. Travel is required to visit each of the main locations quarterly ( Kansas, California, Arizona).

This role will oversee 3 Sales Teams with a total of 19 people on the inside sales team.
