Paramount Content Programming Coordinator (Mexico) in Mexico City, Mexico
Paramount busca Content Programming Coordinator en Ciudad de Mxico para sumar al equipo de Pluto TV.
Tus principales responsabilidades sern:
Implementar la estrategia de programacin de Pluto TV gestionando un grupo de canales en el Sistema de Gestin de Contenidos (CMS).
Aplicar estrategias de programacin basadas en datos para TV, pelculas y contenido digital.
Revisar y seleccionar contenido segn la estrategia, el rendimiento y las necesidades de los canales gestionados.
Identificar, medir y analizar el crecimiento de la audiencia, incluyendo segmentos existentes y nuevos, asi como losindicadores clave de desempeo (KPIs) de los canales.
Categorizar los canales y definir el nivel de soporte para cada categora.
Gestionar la gua electrnica de programacin (EPG) y los horarios de horario estelar (prime time) de cada canal.
Analizar y evaluar tendencias en el rendimiento del contenido y el comportamiento del consumidor.
Requisitos:
Buscamos graduados en Comunicacin, Cine o carreras afines con experiencia en programacin de contenido en TV, cable, MVPD o entornos digitales multifacticos, capaces de combinar instinto artstico con anlisis basado en datos. Es importante contar con un nivel avanzado de ingls, as como con una capacidad creativa para la programacin de contenido y conocimiento de estrategias de programacin y planificacin de contenidos. Se valorar la familiaridad con datos de audiencia tradicionales y digitales, tecnologas de streaming, gestin de activos digitales y herramientas de programacin.
