We are searching for the best talent for Account Lead to be in Mexico City.

In this role you will be responsible for a group of accounts (private) in the assigned territory. Develops strong relationships with non-clinical stakeholders (administrative areas) to understand account needs, define plans, promote One MD portfolio. This position works in partnership with the customer non-clinical stakeholders and internal team (clinical demand generation, SAM and functional áreas like OTS; Deliver; Customer Service; ITC; Legal, Finance) to ensure the E2E approach y attention to the customer.

You will be responsible for :

  • Ensure flawless execution of the administrative and operative activities.

  • Identifies opportunities with NCSH to improve our relationship and participation in the KCA.

  • Account receivable management in their respective accounts.

  • Identify and overcome Access barriers developing, together with franchises and COE an action plan.

  • Contract Management and Performance: follows up on the implementation of signed contracts and agreed services and keeps both external and internal stakeholders up to date in regards to account performance.

  • Guarantee the reporting of product complaints and the execution of field actions in the time established by the J&J

  • Implement and carry out the management of deployed solutions.

  • Identify MD opportunities and follow up (funnel).

  • Support to the warehouse teams and other hospital teams related to the operation of the supply models (consignments, INSITE, Smart Cabinet) to guarantee their correct operation.

  • Permanent support to the areas of CEYE, Biomedical Engineering, and surgery in resolving unforeseen events related to our devices that involve administrative procedures.

  • Follow-up routines with the hospital purchasing team to guarantee the correct operation of price lists and the setting of POs.

  • Close sales opportunities together with the representatives of the franchises that require support from the NCSH of the hospital.

  • Facilitate adequate communication between clinical and non-clinical hospital stakeholders, generate consensus and improvement plans to overcome barriers to access to our products.

Qualifications / Requirements:

College Degree is required.

  • 5 years of professional experience in the commercial área

  • Experience in Indirect Channel

  • Experience leading multifunctional teams through influence.

  • Health care sector experience - is a plus.

  • English language fluency: 80%.

Safe Fleet Requirements:

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
