FAST Labs is looking for a Program Control Analyst to support customer-funded Research & Development programs across the Business Area. As a Program Control Analyst, you will:
Deliver periodic financial reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
Develop quarterly forecasts in support of the Quarterly Business Review and Integrated Business Plan
Aid in proposal pricing and support customer requested cost estimates
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree and 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience
Understanding of program cost, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated in-depth analytical skills
Develops solutions to complex problems
Experience communicating and presenting financial data cross-functionally in an accurate, concise, and digestible manner
Strong interpersonal skills capable of informing and influencing diverse work teams
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Decision-making with sound judgment in compliance with policies and procedures
Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Previous experience in Project Finance
Experience with Cobra, Oracle, Hyperion/Smartview, and ProPricer.
Experience with Earned Value Management
Knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies, and the ability to challenge and improve upon them.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
