JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is a full-time (or part-time - role as we are flexible) is on-site Safety Coordinator at Foxtown Brewing in Mequon, WI. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the development of necessary health and safety programs, including accident investigation, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Responsibilities Include: Assist in the development and implementation of OSHA-compliant safety programs and policies. Conduct research and analysis on OSHA regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices. Support safety inspections and audits to identify and correct hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Assist in the creation of training materials and the presentations of safety topics. Develop a safety team, participate in safety meetings and contribute to discussions on safety initiatives and improvements. Keep abreast of industry best practices and safety regulations to continuously improve workplace safety. Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials. Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future. Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Coordinate \"right-to-know\" programs regarding hazardous chemicals or other substances. Conduct safety training or education programs and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Maintain or update emergency response plans or procedures. Provide new-employee health and safety orientations and develop materials for these presentations. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: 1-2 years hands on experience / knowledge in OSHA programs / Health & Safety and Occupational Health Advanced skills in Safety Training presentations Accident Investigation experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (verbal and written) Ability to work well within a team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Relevant certification or coursework in health and safety is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
