Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
The assembler will utilize hand and power tools to build medical stools and other medical chairs. This role requires fitting and aligning parts to required tolerances, working with materials such as wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl, and reading work instructions to build products. Depending on the department, the assembler may also glue foam to substrates using a spray gun.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand and power tools to assemble medical stools and chairs.
Fit and align parts to required tolerances.
Work with various materials including wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl.
Read and follow work instructions to build products.
Glue foam to substrates using a spray gun (depending on the department).
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of recent mechanical assembly experience, or experience in construction, home remodeling, or as an auto mechanic.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and twist/bend as the units are often on the floor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
Ability to read blueprints.
Forklift operation experience.
Proficiency in using a tape measure.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 6am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 12:30pm on Fridays. The work environment is clean, well-lit, and involves handling various materials such as wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl. The dress code is casual and safety-oriented.

This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
