Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant Job Description: A growing construction company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for tasks such as drawing checks and reviewing bills with the accounting department. Enter bid information and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets. Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to assist in project planning. Organize, file, and manage project documents and records. Open, sort, and distribute mail promptly and accurately. Prepare and submit union reports in compliance with company and union standards. Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret and work with construction plans and specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Prior experience in administrative roles, especially in the construction industry, is preferred. Reliable and professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
