Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Understand and monitor cycle time, lead time and material flow
Serve as senior lead trainer for new team members, fostering a collaborative and cooperative work environment
Open to learning new methods, technologies needed for enhanced performance
Meet production deadlines, setting priorities and escalating issues with urgency
Ensure processes are followed correctly, while adhering to the required quality standards
Work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches and running sheets of significant complexity
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the company in accordance with State and Federal regulations and any applicable certification required to maintain the certification
Interface with other departments to assure efficient flow of information and materials
Quality of finished product (Pass/fail rates)
Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and recording results
Require knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment, alignment and troubleshooting test failures
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
Strong decision-making, communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing process
Experienced handling small delicate components, using ESD practices
Knowledge of assembly, test and test equipment, alignment and troubleshooting test failures preferred
Must have good mechanical skills with strong attention to details
Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus
Experience with MRP and Excel a plus
Experience in the safe handling of chemicals a plus
