Job Summary: The Ambassador responsible for helping sustain the highest food service and nutritional care for patients, guest of SMRMC. He or She will be the embodiment of the hospital's mission, vision, and values. Under the direct supervision of the director, the Ambassador performs a number of food service duties. Including delivery of nutrition to patients. This position may also require the ability to problem solving issues with flexibility, compassion, and self-awareness. Must also have emotional intelligence and a strong working knowledge of all service needs across guest service areas. Must be willing to perform other duties assigned by manager or director.
