[Project Manager (PM) [Fortis Native Group is interviewing for a full-time, Project Manager for a federal government contract in the Sacramento area. This position requires a complete and thorough understanding of commercial/industrial mechanical systems and general maintenance as well as an aptitude for HVAC equipment. • Must be able to work within a team environment to coordinate facility maintenance and repair operations.
• Document actions by completing service tickets and completing equipment records and logs.
• Must be computer proficient, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook
• Monitor and update computerized management systems.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively with both oral and written skills.
• Frequent driving between multiple sites in the greater SLC area will be required.
• Periodic travel to Denver location will also be required.

- - Technically qualified in the field of Facilities Management and should have two (2) years experience in business occupancy facilities operations and maintenance. - A minimum, five (5) years servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including the supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems. - Must be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the OandM tasks covered by the PWS, NFPA, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and OSHA codes and standards. - Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Must be able to pass stringent federal background check and obtain a secret clearance.

• Working knowledge of, or capability to learn, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as: IBM Maximo, Manager Plus, EMaint., etc.
