BAYADA Home Health Care Caregiver for Senior Residential Community in Matthews, North Carolina

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Windsor Run Retirement Community in Matthews, NC (28105) . As a caregiver, you will work alongside a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide support and care to residents on a dedicated floor. Our residents range from completely independent to those requiring mild support, and our goal is to help them improve their daily lives while maintaining their independence.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence.
Work collaboratively with a team of CNAs to provide high-quality care.
Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents.
Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with team members.
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive salary: $25,000 - $41,600 per year (based on commitment level).
Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 25 hours per week required.
Shift options: 7 AM - 3 PM | 3 PM - 11 PM | 11 PM - 7 AM.
Start date: May 5, 2025.
Overtime offered, along with holiday pay and other incentives.

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:

Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required.
