We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Market Access Specialist to join our Nestlé Health Science team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Regulatory Affairs & Market Access Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Follow-up local regulation of Minister of Health for registration and Health Application regulations of SSI (Social Security Institution) on Medical Nutrition products and regulatory initiatives concerning or having impact on Business, analyze them (business impact), update relevant business divisions before & in case and take actions if necessary

• Follow-up local regulations on Food Supplements and other relevant Consumer Care products and share knowledge with local and global functions

• Plan submissions & ensure approval of import permits/ registrations, sales permits, pricing & reimbursement applications, renewals of Medical Nutrition products as per local regulations & company requirements

• Plan submissions & ensure Food Supplement approval, as well as renewals for Food Supplements and other relevant Consumer Care products

• Ensure compliance of the product recipes & labels & promotional materials with company requirements & local regulations

• Assure conformity of labeling with local regulation and Nestlé standards

• Build and maintain close contact with the authorities (Minister of Health, Minister of Agriculture and Social Security Institution) & ensure guidance to the Regulatory Coordinator in Ankara for efficient follow-up of our submissions

• Give guidance to relevant networks (quality department, application groups, marketing team and corporate/public affairs) in order to assure compliant and timely registration and processing

• Contribute to local & global process improvements, which may have possible impact on the Regulatory Affairs & Market Access function

• Track registration, pricing and reimbursement conditions of competitor products

• Liaise with Nestlé Health Science Global Regulatory & Market Access teams, to ensure intelligance and improve awareness at global level

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University degree

  • At least 3-4 years of experince in similar roles (regulatory and market access) in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Nutiritin/Medical Device industry, including a minumum of 2 years experience in market access

  • Experience in Food Supplement Industry is an added value
